Cleaned up the Zaku III a bit. Lined him, due to the really old plastic it was hard inking the lines due to the poor adhesion to the surface. Well it is a 12 years old kit. Maybe if I painted it it wouldn't look so bland. A coat of topcoat is needed to get this guy shininess down a level. An all right kit for the money.

This kit was a blast to make. Tons of poly caps so articulation is great. A good number of clear plastic for weapons and body parts. One thing i did not like about this kit was the eye foils could have been better. This guy still needs the lining to be done, that will be for another day.

Long weekend here in Alberta, Cheers! My Current backlog as of Feb 18, 2012. Going to build the QAN[T] Gundam next or the Age-2. The Dorado will be built by my little brother, he has a fondness towards the enemy suits of Age Gundam. The Mk2 Titans is very far back on my list of to do gunpla.

This High Grade WMS-GEX1 G-Exes 1/144, wasn't built by me but rather my little brother. I did however line him. Pretty nice kit only downside is the hand covers are too easily popped out.

This guy is one of my personal favourites, building him was awesome. He was the second kit after a very long hiatus of 6 years. The age-1 design is pretty nice, lines are noticeable and the Gundam feels solid. Its a High Grade kit so the scale is 1/144.

Feb 12, 2012 was spent on building this guy. The Zaku III. Pretty bulky dude, Legs are super heavy and there was no action base mount hole anywhere on the guy so no hover/fly shots. Last photo is a fiction take on a scene, the rgm-79n is tasked on destroying or capturing Neo-Zeon’s newest Zaku, the Zaku III.

The Zaku isn’t panel lined yet, that will be another day or so.

The RGM-79N Customer HGUC was really fun to build and line. finished this guy on the 10th of Feb, almost a week work on and off. No room yet to give him a nice flat coat but oh well. Also great news, won a Samsung Galaxy Nexus at work through a draw. Haha lucky me. Three phones this year(2011-2012), a Acer Liquid metal (399.99CAD), then a free Iphone 4 because I had to renew my contract with Rogers anyway and finally the Galaxy.

Today's project. RGM-79N Custom!

getting the torso done was pretty easy. Only wish I had a filer for the hard to reach spots on the head.

the feet are pretty awesome they actually have a joint near the toes to enable a slight tilt forward.

One complaint I have is that there is no foil stickers included only decals. That kinda makes it hard to apply decals on rasied AND round surfaces, like the V on the skirt.

All together now, I love for what ever reasons the open palm hands. This kit comes with ton of hands.

Applying decals on the legs, #17 is my lucky number.

Just got around and going back to this kit for a much deserved photo session. The Flag custom was a seriously badass looking mobile suit. The kit was my first in about 3 years so the work is kind of shoddy, good thing its a nice black. No lining, no paint and no top coat. I should really give it a nice top coat…
